Hannah DuPrat (daughter of Dave and Nancy) is a sophomore at St. Michael's College. She is going on a three week "service trip" to Calcutta, India. She will be volunteering with other students working at Mother Theresa's Mission for and an orphanage that relies heavily on the volunteer efforts of St. Michael's. So in order to be able to take this trip, Hannah needs to raise some money. Today, March 22nd, she, with the help of friends, Mary Sanderson, Calvin Sanderson, Sydney Sanderson, Howard McGuire, JoAnn McVeigh, David DuPrat and her mom, Nancy Gostyla, she put on a pancake breakfast here at St. Luke's (beginning at noon). The cost was $5 per person, $8 per family. When I got home, I noticed that some of the photos of those people from Martone's did not take. Mary Sanderson was the Main Cook and had everything pretty much under control with the help of Calvin Sanderson and JoAnn McVeigh. I felt really bad, because I had taken a number of photos of them as they appeared to be a main part of her crew of helpers. I couldn't believe what the pancake breakfast consisted of when I went down stairs at St. Luke's to grab a few pictures. I am sure had people known it was not just a pancake breakfast, but a full blown brunch, the place would have been overflowing. Congratulations Hannah to you and all your loyal friends for helping.Hannah is shown above with her boyfriend, Howard McGuire who was busy on the cooking pancakes detail.
Sydney Sanderson, meanwhile was cooking pancakes at the other end of the kitchen.

Hannah had a list of people who contributed supplies for the breakfast so everyone could see who had helped with the food
As you can see in the photo above, there were quick breads, English Muffins, Sausage, ham, bacon, scrambled eggs, pan fries, pancakes, warm maple syrup and coffee. An absolutely fantastic brunch served buffet style.
