Mike Spaulding, who has been filling the barrels and identifying and grading the syrup finally gets his dish of Maple Walnut Ice Cream with warm maple syrup
I think Jim Minor keeps going after refills as his dish never seems to empty
Now Steve Minor was also there, but never did get a photo of him as he seemed to duck out of the photo each time. Steve stopped and picked me up and also purchased the Maple Walnut Ice Cream Treat with the Syrup provided by Minor Family Maple, LLC.
Tom tells me he is selling his syrup for the same price as he did last year and it also looks like they are having a good year. A very special thanks to Tom and the Minor Family for the wonderful time I had up at the sugar house
