The Moving Vans Are Out - Houses Sold??

Within the past week, there have been a couple of moving vans backed up to some houses that had For Sale signs in front of them for the last couple of years here on The Fletcher Road.  Maybe they have sold??

I will be going down at the end of the month to check property transfers.  Maybe the economy is picking up.

Or maybe the owners finally reached a position where they HAD to sell and lowered their price to a point someone considered reasonable enough to buy.

I noticed the same thing but a different conclusion.   The homes I have seen are still for sale weeks after the moving trucks have left!  Has anyone else noticed that?

Houses are definitely selling. I have been watching interest rates. They dropped to 4.125 a few days ago and climbing. If you want to buy a house buy now.

Deron J. and Liza Chapman have sold their house at 198 Fletcher Road and the other house which is Mike Cota's doesn't show a recording as yet.  I will check again on Monday.
