Hi again,
Bluebirds have returned to my yard this year. They are checking out one of my bluebird houses. They are really pretty and a much blue-er blue than the swallows. The swallows swoop in the air to catch insects, while the bluebirds perch, and watch the ground for their food supply.

The robins keep chasing them off, even though they can't fit in the houses themselves.
Good to be back in Vermont.
