Total Home Care (Steve Cota) came in as the low bidder with just a little over half the price of the next higher bidder for work to be done on The Fairfax Town Office. I was made aware that the job had started and got down there around 4 p.m. after most of the crew had left. I will try to get a photo the next time they are all working, however, tomorrow and the rest of the week doesn't look like very good painting weather:
