Instead of hockey, this place was set up for skateboards and bikesMORE RAINOUTSPosted for Saturday June 27th..........................I helped Anthony get the car ready and loaded and we were off to Mohawk International Raceway, formally Frogtown.
We got most of the way there, but saw black clouds ahead of us. Not good. Anthony got the Phone Call, saying rain had moved in and washed the night out. We turned around, stopped at the Cherry Knoll Restaurant for supper, then came home.
Crap.
Margie got home from spending most of the week in Ottawa staying with Elizabeth. She had a great time.
I missed the rain storm we had here. I checked the rain gauge and found 1.3 inches of rain.
We are doing a work detail at the museum Saturday morning at 9am.
Maybe the rain can stop Sunday so we can be outside for the Social.
