There were 3 houses and 1 condo sold here in Fairfax during the month of June.  The houses all sold well above their Town Appraisal Value, while the condo sold slightly above the Town Appraisal Value.

Apparently you don't need to lower your price to sell you house.  To view the sales, click on the following link:
