Vermont State Police set up a command post at Lake Carmi State Park in Franklin near Enosburg Falls at the public access boat dock. It was not clear how many people may be missing.

Lake Carmi is the fourth-largest natural lake in Vermont, and most areas are about 20 to 30 feet deep, according to the park's Web site.

Rescue crews are on Lake Carmi searching for a missing boater believed to be dead.

Police say 47-year-old Charles Breault was boating with his 5-year-old when it flipped over Sunday afternoon.

Nearby boaters were able to rescue Adam, who had a life jacket, but there are no signs for Charles.

Divers have found the body of missing boater Chuck Breault.  He capsized his boat on Lake Carmi Sunday, after being hit by a wave.  Berualt's five-year old son and dog were rescued.

After three days of combing through the water, the Vermont State Police Scuba Team found Breault around 3:30pm Wednesday.

His body will be sent to the medical examiner office for an autopsy.
