JEFFERSONVILLE - Thomas J. McGovern Jr. died on Saturday, July 11, 2009, at his home in Jeffersonville. Calling hours will be held on Wednesday, July 22, 2009, from 6 to 9 p.m. at Gifford Funeral Home, 22 Depot St., Richmond. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday, July 23, 2009, in St. Mary's Catholic Church in Cambridge at 10 a.m. Burial will follow at Pleasant Valley Cemetery in Cambridge.
