One-stop-shopping. Dick's Country Store and Music Oasis in northern New York. Groceries, gasoline, guns, and guitars. I finally got a half-way decent picture of the sign.IMPROVEMENTS AT MOHAWK RACEWAYPosted for Monday August 17th.............................Mohawk International Raceway, formally Frogtown Raceway, is located in Hogansburg, NY, just down the road from the casino. It was a track literally built on a swamp. Fast, but everything else left much to be desired. They decided to make improvements, and started with the essential, they built new restrooms. When the season closed in 2008, the owners put SEVEN FIGURES(over a million dollars) into improvements. The pit area was no longer a swamp. The grandstands, pit stands, and tower were leveled. The big thing were the lights. A fast track, but you couldn't see where you were going because it was so dark. The track is now outfitted with Musco lighting. Anthony said it's like driving in daylight now.
