Affordable Health Care sure is an important issue and Maryann and I certainly are concerned about the costs. We all listened to the speech and how it effects each one of us. I know of some people connected to our little community of Fairfax with some very serious illnesses and they are not elderly.
As I listened to the speech, I was encouraged, but by no means do I know the answers. I certainly hope they come up with something. It would be just great if all the things in Obama's speech happened. Hopefully they will.
I did hear some commotion during the speech when President Obama talked about not insuring illegal immigrants, but was unaware of what happened until I read about it this morning:

"Wilson's outburst came after Obama said extending health care to all Americans who seek it would not mean insuring illegal immigrants.
"You lie!" Wilson shouted from his seat on the Republican side of the chamber."
