Ironically - FairPoint CEO: Bankruptcy Will Not Impact Service

As the Fairpoint CEO was making this statement on Channel 3 tonight - Fairpoint's E-Mail had just gone down, however, to be fair to them, I do need to point out that the cause was not Fairpoint, but another company's server.  The following article has nothing to do with the Internet, being down, but is what was on Channel 3 tonight:

I guess it remains to be seen. I'm not sure what filing  has to do with their ability to provide service necessarily, but it wasn't terrific to begin with. I am always having some kind of little issue. It may not be big, but it's annoying.
