Ice and snow flowing downstream.A STRANGE STORYThere was an article in the St. Albans Messenger about Franklin County law enforcement seeing odd occurances in human nature.
One such item was the story about a driver weaving all over the northbound lane of the interstate. The sherrif found the guy in the parking lot of On The Run in St. Albans. The officer approached the driver, found him intoxicated, and asked why he was there. The driver stated he was waiting for his wife to come out of the store. He apparently dropped her off at The Christmas Tree Shop in Williston, and thought that's where he was. The driver refused a breath test and was incarcerated at the Chittenden County lockup.

So my question is this.
What happened to his wife?
Seriously.
You are shopping out of state, and your husband just up and disappears.
You find out he got plastered. They have him locked up. How are you getting home?
Did they notify her some how?
Makes me wonder how much stuff she bought.
Was she wandering around the parking lot looking for their car?
At what point did she start to worry?
I'd really like to know the rest of the story.
Maybe she drove home on her own and left him in jail.
I think Santa will be leaving him some coal in his stocking.
