Anthony and Carl with the first sprint at Fonda, 2002(?)ROAD TRIP!!! (NOT ME)Carl and Anthony are heading west this weekend. They are driving the car hauler for Steve Park's NASCAR Camping World East Series car to the Toyota Showdown at Irwindale Speedway in Irwindale, California,(outside of Los Angeles), slated for next weekend. Some local guys are on the crew and they needed someone(s) to drive the hauler out west. They are looking forward to it, as they will be heading out into new country.
I know Anthony has a new camera, so any pictures he posts on Facebook, I will try to snag and post here. Both nights of racing are to be televised on SPEED with qualifying on Friday night, and the main events on Saturday night. Because it is west coast, and not a major network covering it, airtime is 10 or 11pm. Late night if you want to stay up. I will keep you posted on anything I hear.
