Mary Wright, R.N., of Essex Junction is the new staff development coordinator for The Converse Home in Burlington, a residential care community for seniors. She is responsible for the training and education of staff with a particular emphasis on quality of life issues, especially for those affected by Alzheimer's Disease.. For more than 35 years Mary was involved in nursing education at the Fanny Alien Memorial School of Practical Nursing and Site Director for Vermont Technical College's Nursing program.
