I couldn't see Special Ed, but do believe I saw Mrs. Special Ed in one or two of these photos taken by Glenn Russell of The Burlington Free Press at The Fletcher Town Meeting:

Why would Fletcher have a larger turn out than Fairfax. Maybe we should over tax our people. That will get them out.

Fletcher has a larger turnout than Fairfax because they do not have Australian ballot for ANYTHING! Town budget, school budget, even election of officers are done by voice vote. We used to have a large turnout for Town Meeting when it was on Tuesdays. Even when we voted on the budgets on Saturdays, we had a large group. But since everything is Australian Ballot, Saturday is just an informational meeting, with very limited things to vote on.

not only that they didnt give any money back but they took more ,boy are people stupid,at the school side of things I suggested they close the sad excuse for a school and farm the kids to fairfax and give the school to the town clerk for more space ,a win win  ,oh how could I even suggest something like that? 3 MILLION DOLLARS WHY ,you stupid humps ,the school is gonna be closed within 3 years anyway...teacher student ratio 8 to 1 ,out of 441 voting households only 70 people there and most of them worked at the school go figure, when the state forces them to close I`ll be right there with a fiddle

Clearly Ed, the photographer got a much better photo by getting your wife instead of you :)

If you look carefully, you can see Ed sitting when she is standing and speaking.
