My neighbor's cat is missing !

Lost on Mountain View Street

Grey coat, green eyes, well-fed, female cat
wearing a silver reflective collar, very sociable with people
and animals, comes to "Peridot" or "Peridot-Mab-Minoux"

Any information you may have is greatly appreciated

Thank you so much for posting the missing cat information.

I wanted to let you know she returned Sunday morning!  She is in good shape and we don’t see any signs of her being in a fight.  She was very hungry and is still a little spooked with sounds.  We have a feeling maybe something chased her and she hid for a few days until she felt safe and hungry enough to head home.

Please feel free to post the update on the website as I see it’s been viewed many times.  Everyone’s concern has been so nice and has given us a greater sense of our community.

Thanks for checking this out Chris - I always like to have some kind of conclusion and follow up so we don't leave things hanging.  Domestic House Cats don't always do well out in the wilds.

FYI - we heard and saw a fisher cat for the first time in years last week.  They can take down small dogs, and cats be no big thang to them as they can and do hunt porcupines.
