SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:A vehicle driven by B.B. was seen driving past Windshield World on Memorial Drive in St. Johnsbury as the store's window was shattered by a BB.

State Police located the vehicle on Railroad Street in St. Johnsbury where "B.B." was arrested for alleged possession of marijuana, disorderly conduct and contributing to the delinquency of a minor. A male juvenile who was allegedly with "B.B." was cited for unlawful mischief for shooting the window at Windshield World with a BB gun.
