CVPS is not reporting any outages in Fairfax, however, Vt Electric Coop is reporting around 860 homes in Fairfax, still without power.

Co-Op power just came back on here in the Buck Hollow area (130 Thursday afternoon).  Power originally went out Tuesday evening at 830.
BTW, there was a chopper that landed at VBC for lunch today...part of the power crew I'm assuming.  I'll try to wrestle the picture off my cell phone and get it posted.

As of 5:30 VEC has 235 people in Fairfax left without power

As of 10 p.m. only 86 members on VEC in Fairfax without power - Of course that is 86 too many - So many of us were so lucky not to lose our power.

FRIDAY MORNING STORM UPDATE

Good morning VEC members.

We have restored power to 32,660 members since the storm began. There is slightly more than 100 members that are still in the dark.

We are still fully staffed with supplemental crews and we are confident that ALL power will be restored by noon time.
