Picture of the Day
Two days after the big snowstorm, and 24 hours after there was still snow on the grass, they were playing baseball and softball on the fields Friday afternoon. Check out the snow that is still on the ground on the hills in the background.THIS JOINT IS JUMPIN'!Fairfax is going to be a busy place Saturday May 1st.
It's opening day for all the Little League teams. ALL of them.
It's also Big Truck Day in the back parking lot, sponsered by PTSA/Success by Six. Anthony will have his work truck there, plus the sprint car and hauler. Tractors, trucks, fire trucks, and more. Needless to say, I will be there taking pictures, and I will be posting them Saturday during the day. It runs from 10am-12:15pm. It's supposed to be bigger than last year. I will be tweeting pictures while I am there and through out the day. Check out

And then at night(7:30pm), it's the final performance of The Maltese Falcon in the Old Gym at school. If you haven't seen it yet, I highly recommend it. Not your normal play. Performed as a radio play, the actors read the scripts as the crew provide the sound effects behind them. It's really kinda neat to see.
