I sent a note to JoAnne and asked her if she had any idea what the VEC Power Guys were doing with the long boom and she sent me back the following note:

"Hi Henry,
I've been in touch with my brother, Andy. He works for CVPS. He checked out the photos and says the workers are transfering a live pole. Power stayed on during the transfer.
