Just got a call from FAHC scheduling an MRI for me.  Unfortunately they always insist on talking to me which isn't necessarily a good idea as I don't understand well on the phone.  Date:  May 23rd - 8:15 a.m. - Main Hospital - 3rd Floor Registration

Went to put it on my calendar and found it was on a Sunday and I thought she said Monday so checked my caller ID and called back.  When I did was informed that all calls made from the hospital say 802-847-3000 and that is not the number called from.  They put me through to MRI Scheduling and when I told her they had scheduled me for Sunday, she told me, that is right, they do that 7 days a week.  I asked her to doublecheck as I also had understood them to say Monday, so she did after verifying my date of birth.  She said the MRI was at 9 a.m. and I should be there by 8:30.

I will still try to get there by 8:15 and the good Lord willing will not still be trying to find where I am supposed to be at 9:30 wandering through the halls of FAHC.

I can usually narrow down the location by pressing the panic button on my key chain - At night I can see lights blinking along with hearing the horn - I am forever forgetting where I park my car at Costco and found this to be a handy thing to find my car.

You need a smart phone like the Motorola Droid where you can download an app that will lead you back to your car using GPS...
