Another Car VS Deer On The Fletcher Road

Last night a car hit another deer on the Fletcher Road - Not sure exactly where this one happened, but they have crossed in front of me just above Jim Groseclose's and at Tracy Road.  I suppose the town could put up Deer Crossing signs, but not sure that would do any good.  I know if I see one cross in front of me, I usually stop as there always seems to be another not far behind.

Below is the damage done to the car last night - I suspect your personal insurance pays for the damage, less deductible and I don't know what happens to the deer meat??

deer meat this time of year is the best ,they have purged all the woody twiges and stuff and have been eating grasses ,what time of day was it? honey I need to run to the store

Here they have charities set up to get calls when there is a moose kill.
Churches, food banks, etc....
They maintain a list.
