Young Man From The BFA Class Of 89 Stopped By

Maryann and I were pleasantly surprised today when a young man stopped by and knocked on our door. He had to introduce himself as I did not recognize him and neither did Maryann. It was Derek Geno, who now lives in California. Maryann and I always thought the world of him. He was always very polite and while in high school often stopped here at the house. Even though he is now 39 years old, when he got ready to leave, he hasn't changed a bit. His last words were, "Do you need me to do anything for you before I go back?"

I believe some of this training came from his family growing up. Maryann has often commented what nice guys his father Roger and Uncle Irving Geno were when she was in school. It was great to see you Derek.
