News from the United Church!

Well, we are back in our church by the bakery. We are alive and well, despite the lack of signs.  We are having new ones made! As you can see, the scaffolding is down at last, and we have a new snow guard and gutter. 

On Sunday August 8th we go to worship at our partner church, the St. Albans Bay United Methodist Church, for a lively outdoor service with a great band and lots of music.  That's at 9:30.  There are refreshments, too. 

On August 15th, the Bay church comes here, and we have a potluck picnic at my house afterward.  Of course, you are invited to join us.  Worship is at the usual time, 10:45. And, Sunday school starts soon with Apple Sunday.  The Sunday School Team will be meeting soon to confirm our starting date.  If you have queries about our Sunday School, please feel free to contact me. We will be starting a youth group for our middle school students, too.
