Any time the Selectboard "amends" the previous weeks' minutes, there will be a
statement to that effect in the minutes of the meeting at which the "amending"
occurred.
Town of Fairfax Selectboard Meeting Minutes
For Monday February 2, 2009
Selectboard Members present: Judy Cleary, Bill Ormerod, Charlie Swanson, and Randy DeVine.
1. CALL TO ORDER
Judy Cleary, Chairperson, called the meeting to order at 6:07 P.M.
2. MINUTES -. - .
Charlie made the motion to accept the minutes of January 26, 2009. Randy seconded the motion. Motion carried.
3. EXECUTIVE SESSION
Charlie made the motion to go into Executive Session to conduct interviews, discuss legal matters, and discuss a personnel issue. Randy seconded the motion. Motion carried.
4. Bill made the motion to go out of Executive Session at 10:55 P.M. Randy seconded the motion. Motion carried.
5. Bill made the motion to adjourn the meeting at 10:56 P.M. Charlie seconded the Motion. Motion carried.
