DEVELOPMENT REVIEW BOARD        Wednesday, February 2, 2011

 

 

7:00 PM:  YOUNG/VANSLETTE Administrative Review for a Boundary Adjustment for Properties at 43 Goodall Street and 59 Goodall Street.

 

 

Members Present: J. Heyer, C. Rainville, J. Beers, M. Casey.

Alternate Present: None

Public Present: Skip Taylor, ZA; Daniel Vanslette; JR Young.

 

7:00 PM: The public notice was read.  Skip Taylor was sworn in.  He conducted the administrative review and did the presentation to the Board.  He explained that the boundary adjustment was only adjusting the size of the 2 lots and would not be creating any lots without frontage.  He explained that the project met all the requirements of a Boundary Adjustment.  There were no questions from the board but typos and bullet mistakes on the Findings of Fact and Order were noted and corrected.  J. Beers moved to accept Skip’s recommendations; C. Rainville 2nd.  All in favor.

 

J. Heyer signed the Findings of Fact and Order.   The applicants each were given copies in lieu of sending them by certified mail.
