The minutes presented below are unapproved
, subject to corrections and/or additions at the next
Selectboard meeting. Those corrections and/or additions will be written
to the original minutes. If you, the viewer, wish to personally
see those changes, you will need to go to the Fairfax Town Office to view
those changes as written on the original paper copy.
Any time the Selectboard "amends" the previous weeks' minutes, there will be a
statement to that effect in the minutes of the meeting at which the "amending"
occurred.
Selectboard members Bill Ormerod, Jeff Blake, and Judy Cleary were present at the meeting. Also present were Erin McSweeney, Tim Mack, and Dave Koval. These minutes are unofficial until approved by the Board at the next regularly scheduled Selectboard meeting.
The meeting was called to order at 3:00PM. The board expressed concern regarding the accessibility of Tim and Dave; it is often difficult to contact them, and not always possible to leave a message. The board also addressed concerns that have been brought to its attention including the dumpster at the school and trash being put in the same truck as recycling.
Tim and Dave have recycle bins, but they have not delivered them to the Town.
Tim and Dave presented plans for a proposed transfer station and will visit a potential site with the board.
The meeting was adjourned at 4:00PM.
