12/08/08
Selectboard Members present: Judy Cleary, Bill Ormerod, and Bob Horr.
1. Call to Order
Judy Cleary , Chairperson, called the meeting to order at 6:30 P.M.
2. Minutes
Minutes of the December 1, 2008 meeting were tabled until December 8.
3. Items on the Agenda
Bill Ormerod made the motion to approve the contract to install 94' of 6' tall galvanized chain link fencing including a 6' x 30' double driven gate Option I for the sum of $5,742.00 submitted by Feerick Enterprises for the town garage. Bob Horr seconded the motion. Motion was carried.
The Board also approved and signed a line of credit with the Union Bank in The amount of $1,100,000.00.
4. Executive Session
Bob Horr made the motion to go into Executive Session for the purpose of conducting employee evaluations at 6:40 P.M. Bill seconded.
Bob Horr made the motion to come out of Executive Session at 9:00 P.M. Bill seconded the motion.
5. Other Business
Bob Horr discussed having local carpenters look at the Town Office Building to provide the Board with estimates of what it would cost to make the necessary repairs before the building is painted.
AOT sent the preliminary plans for BR 10 on VT 104 over Mill Brook.
The Board reviewed the Act 250 application form for the Natalie and Paul Bean site plan.
6. Adjournment
Bob Horr made the motion to adjourn at 9:27 P.M. Bill seconded. Motion carried.
