Any time the Selectboard "amends" the previous weeks' minutes, there will be a
statement to that effect in the minutes of the meeting at which the "amending"
occurred.

TUESDAYJUNE 26, 2012
Selectboard Members Present: Bob Horr, Randy DeVine, Chris Santee, David Shea and Tom Fontaine.
Call to Order: Bob called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m.
Executive Session:
*Randy made the motion to enter into executive session at 6:31 p.m. to interview candidates for the position of “working road foreman”; the motion was seconded by Tom. The motion carried with a vote of 4-0-1.
Exit Executive Session:
*Chris made the motion to exit executive session at 8:15 p.m.; seconded by Tom. The motion carried with a vote of 4-0-1.
*Dave made the motion to offer the position of working road foreman to acandidate at an hourly rate of $19.00/hour; Tom seconded the motion. Discussion. We will bring the candidate in to offer him the position at the next SB meeting scheduled for July 2, 2012. The motion carried with a vote of 4-0-1. (If the candidate accepts the position it will be announced at that time.)
Enter Executive Session:
*Dave made a motion to enter into executive session for the purpose of discussing personnel issues at 8:26 p.m.; seconded by Tom. The motion carried with a vote of 4-0-1.
Exit Executive Session:
*Tom made the motion to exit executive session at 8:32 p.m.; seconded by Dave. The motion carried with a vote of 4-0-1.
Action Items/Other Business:
1. *Dave made a motion to send a letter regarding time off for sick and personal as well as bereavement to Deb Woodward following the recent tragedy in her family. The motion was seconded by Tom. The motion carried with a vote of 4-0-1.
2. Speed limit study on Fletcher Road.
*Chris made a motion to adopt the speed study for Fletcher Road at 40 m.p.h. from approximately FR0099 to extend to the Fletcher Town line. Tom seconded the motion. Discussion. The motion carried with a vote of 4-0-1.
ADJOURN:
Tom made a motion to adjourn the meeting AT 9:02 p.m.; seconded by Randy. The motion carried with a vote of 5-0.
The next Selectboard meeting will be held Monday,July 2, 2012, with a starting time of 6:30 p.m.
