Any time the Selectboard "amends" the previous weeks' minutes, there will be a
statement to that effect in the minutes of the meeting at which the "amending"

SELECTBOARD MEETING MINUTES
THURSDAY,
SEPTEMBER 27, 2012
7:00 PM
Selectboard Members Present: Chair Robert Horr, Vice-Chair Randy DeVine, Chris Santee, David Shea Tom Fontaine.
Public Present: Zoning Administrator Skip Taylor, Al Zelley; Paul Lavallee and Lara Scott.
Call to Order: Bob called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.
Skip made a presentation for the proposed Article to be placed on the November ballot for a proposed $1,460,000.00 Town Office, including interest payments.
Bob read the Resolution to the Board.
Dave made a motion to accept the Warning; Tom seconded. The motion passed with a vote of 4-0-1.
Skip discussed public meetings with the Board and informational mailings to residents.
Chris made a motion to adjourn at 7:37 p.m.; seconded by Dave. The motion carried with a vote of 4-0-1.
The Selectboard meeting was adjourned at 7:37 p.m. September 27, 2012.
