GENERAL MINUTES

7PM: J. Heyer called the meeting to order. Pfanstiel Sketch Plan Hearing for a 4-Lot Subdivision on King Rd (KI0050).

8PM: Hearing closed. B. Murphy moved to accept the minutes from the recessed Audette Administrative Review of April 6, 2011; C. Rainville 2^nd. All in favor.

8:10 PM: (Re-convened from 4/6/2011) Audette Administrative Review of a 2-Lot Subdivision on Cherrierville Rd.

8:55PM: Hearing closed.

C. Rainville moved to accept the General Minutes from April 6, 2011; B. Murphy 2nd. All in favor.

There was discussion on approval of a surveyor’s signature on maps with an added disclaimer that the map is not official until approved by the Board. There was additional discussion on the number of new variance requests since the approval of the new Development Regulations which limited the options for improvement to non-compliant structures.
