GENERAL MINUTES

Members Present: J. Heyer, B. Murphy, M. Dufresne, M. Casey, C. Rainville

Alternates Present: P. Rainville, L. Hayes

Public Present: Skip Taylor, ZA

7:00 PM- J. Heyer called the meeting to order. B. Murphy moved to accept the minutes from August 15, 2012 (General minutes; Joyal/Magnan Boundary Adjustment; Fairfax Falls, LLC Sketch Plan hearing); M. Casey 2^nd. All in favor.

Joyal/Magnan Map and Mylar

C. Rainville moved to accept the Joyal/Magnan Boundary Adjustment map and Mylar; M. Dufresne 2^nd. All in favor.

There was discussion among the Board members regarding deferred lots and whether the road needs to be upgraded in the future if the lot is developed. The Board agreed that subsequent updates to the Road Standards should not apply to previously approved lots.

7:15 PM- Stinehour/Hakey Revision to Final Plat of a 5-lot subdivision located at 233 Huntville Rd.

7:30 PM- M. Dufresne moved to accept the minutes for the Stinehour revision hearing; P. Rainville 2^nd. All in favor.

7:31 PM- C. Rainville moved to enter deliberative; P. Rainville2^nd. All in favor.

7:45 PM- exit deliberative

8:00 PM- Jason and Elizabeth Minor PUD with associated Conditional Use and Site Plan Review on north side of 117 Highbridge Rd. ( Rt 104A)

9:05 PM- hearing recessed until October 3, 2012 at 7:45PM.

9:07 PM- C. Rainville moved to adjourn; M. Dufresne 2^nd. All in favor.
