GENERAL MINUTES

Members Present: J. Heyer, C. Rainville, B. Murphy, M. Casey

Alternates Present: None

Public Present: S. Taylor, ZA

7:00 PM- J. Heyer called the meeting to order.

Rooney Revision to Final Plat of a 13-lot PUD at 26 Apple Tree Rd

7:40 PM- Hearing closed

B. Murphy moved to accept the minutes from the October 5, 2011 DRB meeting; M. Casey 2^nd. All in favor.

Paper Map and Mylar for Lynch 3-lot Subdivision at 230 Buck Hollow Rd.

C. Rainville moved to accept the paper map and Mylar; M. Casey 2^nd. All in favor.B. Murphy signed the Mylar.

There was discussion regarding the upcoming schedule of hearings. The Board will elect officers at the next meeting, scheduled for November 2, 2011. The Board also discussed the prospect of finding a new member to bring the Board’s number back up to five.

7:55 PM- M. Casey moved to adjourn; B. Murphy 2^nd. All in favor.
