7:05 PM- J. Heyer called the meeting to order.

The Board discussed the upcoming Fall Planning and Zoning Forum in Montpelier on December 5, 2012.

7:09 PM- M. Casey moved to enter executive session; C. Rainville 2^nd. All in favor.

7:19 PM- M. Casey moved to come out of executive session; C. Rainville 2^nd. All in favor.

7:20 PM- C. Rainville moved to enter deliberative; M. Dufresne 2^nd. All in favor.

7:55 PM- C. Rainville moved to exit deliberative; M. Casey 2^nd. All in favor.

7:56 PM- C. Rainville moved to adjourn; M. Dufresne 2^nd. All in favor.
