TOWN OF FAIRFAX
Final Revision of the October 2003 Town Plan

According to Title 24 of the Vermont Statutes Annotated, town plans must be readopted every five years or they will expire. The past Fairfax Town Plan expired in August of 2003. A revised Town Plan was adopted in September of 2003, and it will be available on this website as soon as the CD version is received from the Northwest Regional Planning Commission.

In the meantime, below is an index to all sections of the final marked up plan as it was furnished to the NWRPC.
