There has been a change in location of the events due to the fields at BFA being closed for the summer.

July 4th events will take place at the new recreation park across from BFA.

Parking in school lot OK.

3:00pm Concession Stand Opens for the Evening

3:00pm Decorated Bike Parade for ages 6 and up. Ribbons awarded for best decorated.

Parade route is from BUS GARAGE to the TOWN HALL where bikes will be judged. Helmets required- no exceptions. Entrance fee: one non-perishable food item for Fairfax Food Shelf. Contact Lisa with additional questions: 849-2789.

3:45pm Tricked Out Trike* Race for 1-5 y/o immediately following parade in the BFA elementary parking lot. Ribbons for all participants; Entrance fee one non-perishable food item for Fairfax Food Shelf. (*a trike is anything your child can ride regardless of wheel number) Helmets required-no exceptions. 4:00pm Balloon Toss 4:30pm Sack Race 5:00pm 3 Legged Race

5:30pm Pie Eating Contest 6:00pm Basketball Shootout ($2 entry/prizes awarded)

Ribbons awarded to all winners. No registration Fee, except where noted. Sign up at events table. Show off your talents!

5:30 -7pm Pre-purchased Chicken BBQ: Adults $7.00, Kids 8 and under $5.00. Contact Rob at 849-2480 for info on where to purchase tickets for the BBQ.

6:00pm Live Music- Fiddleheads: Several members of the local teen fiddle group will be playing.

7:00pm Cow Plop Bingo -winner announced. Tickets $5.00 each, will be sold prior to July 4^th

7:30-8:30pm Lawn Chair Bingo -bring a pen (and quarters) to play on paper cards and win 50% of the take for the game.
