One of Father Sawyer's most enjoyable fundraisers - "The Annual St. Luke's Bazaar". - This particular one was in 1958 and is pictured on the lawn between the old St. Luke's Church and Boutin's Store. Even though there was a chairman assigned - the real success of each bazaar can be attributed to Father Sawyer.
