EXCITING THINGS WEDNESDAY

Quite a day.
I honestly thought Team USA and England were going to fold in their final game of the group stage and go home. The US won in the waing seconds of the game. England won as well so both advance. US plays Ghana Saturday at 2:30pm. England will play Germany Sunday morning at 10.

Never felt the earthquake. I was at work in the Elementary end cleaning classroom furniture. Never knew about it until I heard about it on the radio around 2pm.

ESS is at Glen Ridge down near Fonda Friday night. We won't be going. They are gearing up for the big July 4 weekend. Two big races at Can-Am(where Anthony won the Dash last year) and Utica-Rome. I had put in for Friday off, thinking we would be going. Guess I will register Jose at the Town Office and mow the lawn Friday.

I forgot to mention the tennis match that went on for three days. I watched it Wednesday until it was suspended at 59-all. The American ended up winning 70-68 Thursday.
